Ozean and Usual Partner with LayerZero to Enhance DeFi Liquidity and Interoperability for RWAs
Oct 2, 2024, 12:17 AM
Ozean has integrated with LayerZero_Core to unlock liquidity for real-world assets (RWAs) across decentralized finance (DeFi) using LayerZero’s cutting-edge messaging layer. This integration will enable Ozean’s native stablecoin, USDX, and yield-bearing stablecoins, ozUSD, to be accessed across all EVM Layer 2s and Solana, introducing a cross-chain liquidity layer for RWAs. Additionally, Usual has announced a major partnership with LayerZero_Core, which will bring Usual to Layer 2 networks, promising faster transactions, lower fees, and seamless cross-chain capabilities. The decentralized RWA stablecoin protocol will also use the OFT Standard for its stablecoin USD0 and USD0++. These developments signify a significant advancement in the DeFi space, enhancing cross-chain liquidity and interoperability, marking the next phase of Usual’s evolution.
