U.S. Bitcoin ETFs Surpass Satoshi Nakamoto with Over 1.1 Million BTC

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have surpassed Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin, in terms of total Bitcoin holdings. According to recent data, these ETFs now hold over 1.1 million BTC, making them the largest Bitcoin holders in the world. This milestone comes less than a year after their launch, highlighting the rapid growth and acceptance of Bitcoin in traditional financial markets. The ETFs in question include prominent funds like iShares Bitcoin Trust ($IBIT), Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund ($FBTC), Grayscale Bitcoin Trust ($GBTC), ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF ($ARKB), Bitwise Bitcoin ETF ($BITB), VanEck Bitcoin Strategy ETF ($HODL), Invesco Galaxy Bitcoin ETF ($BRRR), ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF ($BTCO), and Global X Blockchain & Bitcoin Strategy ETF ($EZBC). This has been described as the most successful ETF launch in history.
