Ukrainian intelligence forces successfully eliminated three senior Russian officers during a high-level meeting in the occupied Zaporizhzhia region. The operation, conducted by Ukraine's Defence Intelligence (GUR), Security Service (SBU), and other military units, utilized HIMARS precision rocket systems and drones. The strike targeted officers from the 4th Guards Military Base, resulting in the deaths of Dmitry Nagorny, Commander of the 1st Battalion of the 135th Motorised Rifle Regiment; Grigory Krokhmalov, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence and Chief of Intelligence of the 135th Motorised Rifle Regiment; and Captain Yuri Fomin, Commander of an anti-aircraft battery. Additionally, five Russian military vehicles were destroyed in the operation.
