Nov 24, 2024, 02:37 PM
The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) has revealed fragments of a new Russian missile, named Oreshnik (also known as Kedr), used in a strike on Dnipro on November 21. This missile is believed to be a medium-range, hypersonic ballistic missile, potentially capable of carrying nuclear warheads. The wreckage was displayed to journalists, with the SBU noting that this is the first time such a missile has been documented in Ukraine. The fragments, ranging from large to tiny, were laid out on artificial turf in front of camouflage netting at an undisclosed location. Ukrainian officials are currently analyzing the missile's characteristics to understand its capabilities better.
