A drone attack targeted an oil depot in Kotelnych, Kirov region of Russia, marking the first such incident in the area. Reports indicate that the attack involved a Ukrainian UAV, with the first kamikaze drone striking an empty oil tank at the Zenit plant around 10 am, causing an explosion and fire. The Kirov region, located over 1,000 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, had not previously experienced drone attacks. The regional governor, Aleksandr Sokolov, confirmed the incident.
