Trump Plans 'Something Great' with Crypto, Names David Sacks as Crypto Czar

President-elect Donald Trump announced plans to advance the United States' position in cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence (AI). Speaking at the New York Stock Exchange, Trump stated, 'We're going to do something great with crypto. We don't want China or anybody else—others are embracing it, and we want to be the head.' He emphasized that the U.S. will 'be ahead of AI' and that 'we've got to produce tremendous amounts of electricity' to support these technological advancements. Trump mentioned the potential creation of a 'strategic reserve' of cryptocurrency and has recently appointed David Sacks as the nation's 'Crypto Czar.'
