The incident occurred after the soldier, a veteran of the war against Ukraine, ordered two fish and fruit platters that he did not like. Following a confrontation where he was kicked out for shouting, the soldier, who was in military uniform and referred to as an 'SMO Hero,' decided to retaliate by trying to burn down the establishment. He was subsequently arrested by the police and later taken away by the military.
