BSP Tamil Nadu Chief K. Armstrong Hacked to Death by Six-Member Bike-Borne Gang in Chennai

K. Armstrong, the Tamil Nadu president of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), was brutally hacked to death by a six-member bike-borne gang near his residence in Perambur, Chennai. The attack occurred as Armstrong was entering his house. Following the murder, BSP workers and supporters held protests and blocked roads in Chennai, demanding the immediate arrest of the perpetrators. Armstrong's body was taken to Rajiv Gandhi General Hospital. Armstrong, an advocate by profession, was known as a strong Dalit voice in the state. Mayawati, the national leader of the BSP, condemned the murder and called for swift action against those responsible.
