Two Army Officers Assaulted, Female Friend Gang-Raped, ₹10 Lakh Ransom Demanded in Indore

Two trainee Army officers were assaulted, and one of their female friends was gang-raped during a night outing near Jam Gate in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred in the early hours of September 11, when the officers, who were undergoing training at the Mhow Infantry School, were out on a picnic with two female friends. They were attacked by a group of 7-8 unidentified men who also robbed them and demanded a ransom of ₹10 lakh. An FIR has been filed, and charges of rape, loot, and assault have been included. Indore Rural SP Hitika Vasal confirmed the incident and stated that the police received information about the attack the previous day. Two suspects have been detained, while efforts are underway to apprehend the remaining culprits.
