A massive fire has engulfed the historic First Baptist Church in downtown Dallas, Texas. The fire, which started just after 6 p.m. at 1717 San Jacinto Street, has been described as a four-alarm blaze with heavy smoke and fire conditions. Multiple reports indicate that an explosion was heard before the fire began. Dallas Fire-Rescue crews are on the scene battling the blaze, with nearly 40 units responding.
