25 States Sue EPA Over New Carbon Emission Reduction Rule

A coalition of 25 Republican state attorneys general, led by West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The lawsuit challenges a new Biden administration rule aimed at significantly reducing carbon emissions from existing coal-fired power plants and newly built natural gas plants.
