VisitTKO/UFC Reaches Revised $375 Million Settlement, $75M More Than Previous Offer
Sep 26, 2024, 01:41 PM
TKO, the parent company of UFC, has reached a revised settlement in the Le v. Zuffa antitrust lawsuit for $375 million. The settlement, which is $75 million more than the previous offer, will be paid in installments over an agreed-upon period. This new agreement comes nearly two months after a federal judge rejected the original $335 million settlement. The revised settlement is still subject to court approval. Additionally, the settlement does not address the Johnson v. Zuffa lawsuit, which remains in its early stages with a motion to dismiss pending.
