Pfizer announced that the combination of Talzenna (talazoparib) and Xtandi (enzalutamide) significantly extended overall survival in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), according to the final prespecified overall survival analysis of the phase 3 TALAPRO-2 trial.
