Thieves broke into the U.S. Army Reserve Center in Tustin, California, on January 8, 2025, stealing three Humvees, including one armored, along with a range of military equipment. The stolen items include eight machine gun vehicle mounts, seven machine gun tripods, 18 bayonets, 40 pairs of binoculars, and medical equipment. The stolen Humvees have the following admin numbers: HHC-06, HQ-61, and HQ-81. The suspects accessed the base by cutting through a fence and broke into multiple storage lockers, removing locks to gain access. No additional weapons or ammunition were reported missing. The incident occurred between 8:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., and the suspects left the area at an unknown time.
