JDS Leader Suraj Revanna Granted Conditional Bail in Unnatural Sexual Abuse Case

Dr. Suraj Revanna, a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) and leader of the Janata Dal (Secular) party, has been granted conditional bail by the People's Representative Court in Karnataka. Revanna, who is also the brother of Prajwal Revanna, was arrested in connection with a case of alleged unnatural sexual assault of a man and charged under Sections 377, 342, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The court's decision follows his arrest for the alleged crime. Additionally, Revanna received regular bail in a separate case and anticipatory bail in another case.
