Sha'Carri Richardson has qualified for her first Olympic Games after winning the 100-meter final at the U.S. track trials in Oregon with a time of 10.71 seconds. Richardson, a Dallas-born sprinter and former LSU track star, will represent the United States in the 2024 Paris Olympics. She achieved the fastest 100m time in the world this year. Alongside Richardson, Melissa Jefferson (10.80) and Tee Tee Terry (10.89) also qualified for the Olympics, completing a sweep for their training group.
