The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have announced new restrictions for northern Israel, from Haifa to the border with Lebanon, in response to escalating tensions with Hezbollah. The Minister of Defense has signed a special emergency order, declaring a state of emergency on the home front. IDF Spokesperson Hagari stated that the new guidelines, issued by the Home Front Command, limit indoor gatherings to 30 people and outdoor gatherings to 300 people. Schools and workplaces are permitted to operate only if they are near designated shelters. These measures come as the IDF anticipates potential rocket fire from Hezbollah.
