During a news conference, Putin expressed openness to Slovakia's proposal, highlighting that Moscow does not oppose the idea of using Slovakia as a negotiating platform. Additionally, Putin warned that Russia may resort to using more powerful medium-range weapons if necessary, including the Oreshnik missile, although he noted that there is no urgency to do so. This announcement follows a meeting with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, who has taken a neutral stance in the ongoing conflict.
