Runecoin (RSIC), a Bitcoin-based token, has been introduced on the OKX Jumpstart platform, marking its first major exchange listing. The event allows Bitcoin holders to stake BTC to mine Runecoin tokens, with a total of 367.5 million Runecoins available for mining from April 29, 2024, at 7:00 AM UTC until April 30. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the adoption and understanding of Ordinals and Runes within the cryptocurrency ecosystem. The listing has sparked significant market activity, with RSIC's price recently crossing 22 sats, overtaking DOG in 24-hour trading volume on Magic Eden, and its market cap approaching $300 million. RSIC's market cap has since increased to $337 million.
