Vitalik Buterin, a prominent figure in the cryptocurrency world, transferred 100 Ethereum (ETH), valued at approximately $325,000, to Railgun, a privacy-focused decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol. This transaction led to a significant surge in Railgun's token ($RAIL), which increased by over 130% in value shortly after the transfer, with the price jumping more than 140% in a single day. Railgun is known for enabling private transactions within the Ethereum network. The $RAIL token's market cap reached $100 million, and the liquidity pool was at $2.9 million.
