This extension will provide Rio Tinto continued access to Palantir's Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP), which leverages Palantir Foundry’s digital twin (Ontology) to enhance operational efficiency, risk management, and AI-driven decision-making. The partnership, originally established in 2021, aims to bolster Rio Tinto's capabilities in the mining and metals sector.
