Ravens Rookie Nate Wiggins, 21, Returns First Career Interception 26 Yards for Touchdown

Ravens rookie cornerback Nate Wiggins, at 21 years old, recorded his first career interception and returned it 26 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter against the Cleveland Browns, giving Baltimore an early 7-0 lead at the 8:32 mark. Bailey Zappe, targeting Elijah Moore, threw the interception that Wiggins, the youngest Raven to record a pick-six, capitalized on. Wiggins, the first-round pick out of Clemson, has been having a standout season, and this pick-six adds to his impressive rookie year. He is the first Ravens rookie to have a pick-six since Dawan Landry and Ronnie Prude achieved the feat in 2006. Wiggins had been anxiously anticipating his first interception, which contributed to the Ravens' second pick-six in the last three games and marks the first season since 2019 that the Ravens have multiple pick-sixes.
