YouTube star MrBeast and Amazon are facing a class-action lawsuit filed by five contestants from the upcoming reality competition show 'Beast Games.' The lawsuit, filed in California, alleges severe mistreatment, including sexual harassment, failure to pay minimum wages and overtime, absence of meal and rest breaks, and unfair business practices. The plaintiffs also claim emotional distress, unsafe working conditions, and false advertising during the production in Las Vegas. Several contestants were hospitalized. The show, which features 2,000 contestants competing for a $5 million cash prize, has been compared to the infamous Fyre Festival by some crew members.
