In the main event of BKFC: Knuckle Mania 4, Mike Perry secured a victory over Thiago Alves with a decisive first-round knockout within 60 seconds. Perry landed a powerful left hook that dropped Alves early in the round. Despite Alves managing to barely beat the count, referee Dan Miragliotta called off the fight after deeming Alves unable to continue. This win extends Perry's undefeated record in BKFC to 5-0.
