Relay Therapeutics and Elevar Therapeutics have entered into an exclusive global licensing agreement for Lirafugratinib, a treatment aimed at FGFR2-driven cholangiocarcinoma and other solid tumors. Under the terms of the agreement, Relay Therapeutics is set to receive up to $500 million in total, which includes $75 million in upfront and regulatory milestone payments, as well as up to $425 million in potential commercial milestone payments and tiered royalties in the low-teens percentage range.
