Kobe Bryant's locker from the Staples Center has sold for a record-setting $2.9 million at Sotheby's auction. This sale marks the most valuable sports locker ever sold at auction and the third highest price paid for Kobe Bryant memorabilia. The locker, used by Bryant from the 2003-04 season until his final season in 2015-16, was previously purchased for $280,000 in 2022. The auction coincided with the unveiling of Bryant's second statue. The locker sold for nearly $3 million.
