Two Men Charged After Banksy's 'Girl with Balloon' Recovered in London Art Heist

Two men have been charged with burglary after Banksy's iconic 'Girl with Balloon' painting was stolen from a central London gallery on Sunday in an art heist. The Metropolitan Police identified the suspects as Larry Fraser, 47, and James Love, 53. The stolen artwork has since been recovered. Both men appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on September 11 and were remanded in police custody.
