MrBeast's Transgender Co-Host Kris Tyson Permanently Steps Away Amid Allegations of Inappropriate Conduct with Minors
Jul 23, 2024, 04:50 PM
Kris Tyson, a co-host on the popular MrBeast YouTube channel, is facing serious allegations of inappropriate conduct with minors. Reports indicate that Tyson, who came out as transgender in 2023, engaged in sexually suggestive conversations with a 13-year-old boy when Tyson was in his 20s. The allegations include sending pornographic texts and images, as well as meeting up with the minor when he turned 16. Two videos over the last 30 days have outlined these allegations. Additionally, 2019 Snapchat messages between Tyson and a 14-year-old have surfaced. Following the accusations, Tyson has deleted all posts on social media and announced a permanent departure from MrBeast's team to focus on family and mental health. The alleged victim has publicly denied being groomed, stating that the interactions were not exploitative. Jake The Viking, a former MrBeast team member, has claimed that MrBeast knew about the allegations. Influencer Pokimane has also spoken out against Tyson's actions. MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has yet to make a public statement regarding the matter.
