This initiative follows a series of attacks by the Houthis against Israel, marking the third such incident in a week. The Houthis are already classified as a terrorist organization by several countries, including the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. Sa’ar emphasized that the Houthis pose a threat not only to Israel but to regional and global security, underscoring the urgency of their designation as a terrorist group. The Israeli government is now seeking to expand this classification to include European nations, aiming for a unified international stance against the Houthis.
