An explosive device dropped from a Ukrainian drone resulted in one death and two injuries in Russia's Kursk region, according to RIA. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was informed by Russia that drone remains were found within the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant territory. IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi plans to visit the site next week to assess the situation. Russia accuses Ukraine of attempting to attack the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant with a drone, which was reportedly shot down. TASS cites a source confirming the incident involved a small FPV drone. The Russian Foreign Ministry has labeled the incident as an act of nuclear terrorism.
