Hezbollah Says It Repelled Israeli Forces Attempting Infiltration into Odaisseh from Khallet Al-Mahafer

Hezbollah announced that its fighters confronted an Israeli infantry force attempting to infiltrate the Lebanese town of Odaisseh from the direction of Khallet Al-Mahafer early Wednesday morning, forcing the troops to retreat. The incident occurred near the southern Lebanon border village, less than a mile from the Israeli border. Hezbollah claims to have clashed with the Israeli forces, inflicted losses on them, and prevented their incursion. The Israel Defense Forces have not yet commented on the incident.
