Helldivers 2 Becomes Fastest-Selling PlayStation Game with 12M Sales on PS5, PC in 12 Weeks

Sony has announced that Helldivers 2 has reached 12 million sales across PS5 and PC in the first 12 weeks since its launch, making it the fastest-selling PlayStation game in a 12-week period. This milestone surpasses the previous record held by God of War Ragnarök. The success of Helldivers 2 has also contributed to Sony shipping 59 million PS5 consoles. Additionally, PlayStation's full-year revenues have risen to $27.5 billion, bolstered by the game's impressive performance. Sony announced these figures in its FY23 report. Despite this success, PS5 narrowly missed its 21 million sales target.
