The case stems from a defamation lawsuit brought by two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss, whom Giuliani falsely accused of election fraud. Lawyers for Freeman and Moss argue Giuliani has failed to comply with court orders to turn over assets.
