Elon Musk has voluntarily dismissed his lawsuit against OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman. The lawsuit, filed in California state court, accused OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, of abandoning its original mission of developing artificial intelligence for the benefit of humanity in favor of profit. The court filing, made on Tuesday, did not provide any reasoning for the dismissal. OpenAI had asked the California judge to dismiss the case.
