Donald Trump Becomes Second U.S. President After Grover Cleveland to Serve Non-Consecutive Terms
Nov 6, 2024, 07:00 AM
Donald Trump has become the second president in U.S. history to serve two non-consecutive terms. This historic achievement was last accomplished by Grover Cleveland, who served as the 22nd and 24th president between 1885-1889 and 1893-1897. Trump's victory marks the first time since Cleveland's era that a president has returned to office after a gap. Trump, the 45th and 47th President, celebrated his win with his team at Mar-a-Lago. He is now President-Elect.
