Demi Moore won the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy for her role in 'The Substance' at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, marking her first Golden Globe win in her 45-year acting career. The award was considered a surprise win. In her acceptance speech, Moore said, 'I've been doing this for 45 years and this is the first time I've ever won anything as an actor.'
