CrowdStrike Holdings reported its second-quarter fiscal year 2025 earnings, surpassing Wall Street expectations. The company achieved an adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.04, exceeding the estimated $0.97. Revenue reached $963.9 million, also beating the forecasted $958.3 million. This marks a 32% increase in total revenue compared to the same quarter last year. Subscription revenue was $918.3 million, while professional services revenue was $45.6 million. GAAP EPS surged to $0.19 from $0.03. CrowdStrike's annual recurring revenue (ARR) rose to $3.86 billion, up 32% year-over-year. However, the company provided guidance for the third quarter and full fiscal year 2025 that fell short of analysts' expectations. Third-quarter revenue is projected between $979.2 million and $984.7 million, below the anticipated $1.01 billion. For the full fiscal year, CrowdStrike expects revenue between $3.89 billion and $3.90 billion, compared to the previous estimate of $3.98 billion to $4.01 billion.
