Clark County Issues First Sidewalk Vending License to Aguas Frescas

Clark County has officially issued its first sidewalk vending business license on Wednesday, marking a significant milestone for local vendors. The license was granted to Aguas Frescas, a business that will sell products from their ice cream store. The vending cart will be located at Cactus Ave and Dean Martin Drive, near a gas station south of South Point Hotel, just west of Interstate 15. This development follows the implementation of updated regulations nearly a month ago. The license was issued to a Las Vegas man and his family.
