Russia Establishes Secret Long-Range Attack Drone Program in China for Ukraine War
Sep 25, 2024, 11:19 AM
Russia has reportedly established a secret weapons program in China to develop and produce long-range attack drones for use in the Ukraine war. The project, which involves the development of a new drone model called Garpiya-3, is being carried out by IEMZ Kupol, a subsidiary of the Russian state-owned weapons company Almaz-Antey. The Garpiya-3 drone has already been flight-tested in China with the assistance of local specialists. This information comes from two sources from a European intelligence agency and documents reviewed by Reuters.
