In a standout performance, Brock Bowers, the rookie tight end for the Las Vegas Raiders, set a new NFL record for the most receptions by a rookie tight end in a single game. During the Week 11 matchup against the Miami Dolphins, Bowers recorded 13 receptions for 124 yards and one touchdown. This achievement makes him the first rookie tight end in NFL history to achieve 13 catches in a game. Bowers also became the fourth tight end ever to surpass 600 receiving yards in his first 10 career games. His performance included 78 yards gained after the catch, leading all tight ends in yards after catch (YAC) this season with a total of 385 yards. Bowers' prolific outing further solidified his status as a rising star in the league, joining Jeremy Shockey as one of only two rookie tight ends to have multiple games with at least 10 catches.
