Knutsson's striking prowess was evident throughout the fight, with judges scoring the bout 29-28 in her favor across the board. Despite Polastri's effective ground control in the later rounds, Knutsson's damage on the feet was deemed more significant. Knutsson now holds an 8-0 record, including 2-0 in the UFC. In another highlight of the event, Brady Hiestand achieved a comeback victory by submitting Garrett Armfield with a rear-naked choke (RNC) in the third round.
