Bitmain Launches U.S. Production Line for Antminer S21 Pro Devices in December 2024

Bitmain, the world's largest Bitcoin mining hardware manufacturer, has announced the launch of a new production line in the United States. This move is aimed at addressing supply chain delays and mitigating the impact of rising trade tensions between China and the U.S. The production line will focus on delivering Antminer S21 Pro devices, with the first batch set to ship in December 2024. The decision comes as U.S. Bitcoin miners face challenges, including delayed deliveries of mining equipment due to port congestion. By expanding its operations to the U.S., Bitmain aims to improve supply chain efficiency and support the growing North American Bitcoin mining sector, which accounts for nearly 45% of the global Bitcoin hashrate.
