Punia lodged a complaint at Bahalgarh Police Station in Sonipat, Haryana, stating that he received a threatening message from a foreign number via WhatsApp. Haryana Police Spokesperson Ravindra Kumar confirmed the complaint and stated that an investigation is ongoing. Legal action is underway. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini assured that the matter would be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action would be taken against the accused.
