BharatPe, the Indian fintech firm, has reached a definitive settlement with its former co-founder Ashneer Grover, bringing an end to their protracted legal dispute. Under the agreement, Grover will no longer be associated with BharatPe in any capacity and will exit the company's capitalization table. Some of his shares will be transferred to Resilient Growth Trust, others have been transferred to co-founder Bhavik Koladiya, and the remainder will be managed by Grover's family office. Both parties have agreed to withdraw any ongoing legal proceedings. Grover expressed confidence in the company's management and board, stating that he remains aligned with BharatPe's growth and success.
