U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and Iraqi Security Forces conducted a joint raid in the Anbar Governorate of Western Iraq on August 29, resulting in the deaths of 15 ISIS operatives, including several leaders. The targeted ISIS elements were armed with weapons, grenades, and explosive suicide belts.
