Delhi Police have busted a counterfeit visa factory in Tilak Nagar, arresting six agents involved in the operation. The factory had been producing fake visas for five years, earning approximately ₹300 crore by issuing around 5,000 counterfeit visas. Authorities seized 14 Nepalese and 2 Indian passports with fake Schengen visas, along with equipment used for creating the counterfeit documents, including stamps and watermark materials. DCP Usha Rangnani confirmed the substantial recovery and the arrests made during the operation. The operation also revealed that the unit charged ₹7 lakh per visa and had duped 200 residents of ₹7 crore.
