Aaron Spencer, 36, of Arkansas, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder after allegedly shooting and killing 67-year-old Michael Fosler, whom he found in a vehicle with his missing 14-year-old daughter. The incident occurred in Lonoke County. Authorities report that Fosler had been arrested in July on charges of internet stalking of a child and sexual assault involving the same girl, and a no-contact order was in place. Spencer reported his daughter missing on Tuesday and later discovered her with Fosler. He is currently detained pending further investigation.
