Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces Seven New Sexual Assault Lawsuits, Including Alleged Rape of 13-Year-Old with Unnamed Celebrities
Oct 21, 2024, 03:31 PM
Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a new wave of lawsuits alleging sexual assault and rape, including one claim that he drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in New York City. The lawsuits, filed in Manhattan federal court, also allege that an unnamed male celebrity was involved in the assault, while an unnamed female celebrity watched. The girl was reportedly asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement when she arrived at the party. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee filed five of the new lawsuits on Sunday night, bringing the total number of claims against Combs to seven. The allegations span incidents from 2000 to as recently as 2022 and include claims from both women and men. In one lawsuit, a 17-year-old aspiring musician alleges that Combs drugged his drink and molested him at a 2022 party in a Manhattan hotel. Another lawsuit involves a woman who alleges she was drugged and raped at a Las Vegas after-party in 2014. Combs' legal team is seeking a gag order against the accusers and their lawyers. Combs has "vehemently" denied all allegations, with his representatives calling the lawsuits a "clear attempt to garner publicity." Combs, 54, has not been charged criminally in connection with the accusations.
