Filmmakers including Casey Affleck, Aneesh Chaganty, and The Spurlock Sisters are participating in the project. Blumhouse expressed enthusiasm for exploring innovative tools that can help artists better tell their stories. Meta shared initial results from their work with Blumhouse and select creators as they continue to develop their Meta Movie Gen models. The initiative seeks to reshape the entertainment industry by merging cutting-edge technology with cinematic creativity. Meta plans to expand this pilot program in collaboration with the creative industry in 2025.
