The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) conducted a series of air and artillery strikes on Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon. The strikes targeted Hezbollah infrastructure, including observation posts in Houla and Odaisseh, a military site in Jabal Tourah, a weapons storage facility in Qabrikha, and military structures in Ayta al Sha'ab and Naqoura. These actions were in response to a barrage of over 20 rockets launched by Hezbollah into northern Israel. The IDF also released footage of the strikes. The conflict escalated following mutual attacks, with Hezbollah responding to the IDF strikes by targeting military positions in northern Israel.
